The house is ideally positioned for strolling down to the centre of town and its restaurants and beaches. It was built in 2008 and is comfortably and tastefully furnished.It features three bedrooms. The master bedroom (upstairs) has a walk in wardrobe and a beautiful en suite bathroom. The two twin bedrooms are on the ground floor and are very spacious with possibility for extra bed(s). They share a beautiful bathroom. The total capacity for this villa is eight people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons including dishwasher and there is even a separate laundry room.
The lounge is very welcoming with its open plan seating arrangement and patio doors leading onto the terrace and private (solar) heated pool. A perfect place to sit and relax either inside or outside. For those who enjoy relaxing with the television, this villa has a (Sky) satellite system.
The heated swimming pool is surrounded by a patio area and garden. The villa has a private parking for those guests who prefer to hire a car.
The villa is located on a new small and quiet complex, Los Chalets. From the terrace upstairs you have a stunning view over the centre of Playa Blanca.
For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a mid week clean.
