The villa has high ceilings and marble floors throughout giving it a cool airy feel. The furniture is of high standard and the villa is equipped with all the usual home comforts.
Casa del Verano has the benefit of its own private electrically heated pool which is 8 x 4m and facing southwest, enabling it to be in the sun for most of the day. Switch on the underwater lights at dusk and enjoy a poolside barbeque. The living room comes equipped with TV/video and hi-fi and double patio doors to the poolside.
The fully fitted kitchen has a full oven, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. Outside is a seperate utility room with washing machine and drying area. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling double wardrobes in solid teak, with feature high domed ceiling above, leading to an en-suite full sized marble bathroom. Leading off from the master bedroom are large patio doors which open out onto the substantial first floor terrace, with views of the sea, lighthouse and beyond. The villa has a further two double bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor.
The villa is surrounded by a volcanic wall making it safe and private. This villa is very close to the local amenties (just other side of wall) of cafe/bars/shops so you do not have to drive out to pick up a few bits of shopping or go into the main resort to eat drink and be merry!
