With a superb location in the quiet and private development of Las Terracitas, this villa is located 2 minutes walk from the shops, supermarket, banks and bars of the Punta Limones shopping centre. Likewise, the walk to the Playa Flamingo beach and the centre of town is only 5 minutes. It really does have a terrific location.
