The villa is very private as it is not overlooked by neighbouring properties and is completely self-contained. Making it the perfect holiday retreat. It is close enough for Playa Flamingo to be only three minutes away by car, whilst other facilities such as supermarkets are within walking distance.

In the garden, the heated pool has been surrounded by fencing to ensure children can't wander over by the water unsupervised. Elsewhere in the garden there are swings and a slide. For those who enjoy sunbathing, the ample south-facing terrace provides the perfect spot. And naturally there is a built-in barbecue, with outdoor dining area to make the very most of the facilities.

With the capacity to sleep up to twelve guests, it is a big property, ideal for large groups, or two families who want to holiday together. There are five bedrooms in total and three bathrooms, which are distributed in such a way that two families could easily enjoy plenty of personal space, whilst sharing the living space. The dining area is very spacious and features satellite TV, video and a stereo CD and leads into a separate lounge. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a thorough clean, including sheet and towel change, halfway through your stay.
